UX / Visual
This project was a complete build. A move from aspDotnet to a more stable / optimized content management system. Starting with the store, my team began to fine tune and refine our product's descriptions, imagery and up sell features. New functionality, UX and UI were all introduced.

My team started with condensing, organizing, re-writing and re-imaging over 4000 product SKU's. From there, a (B2B) "Dealer Toolbar" was introduced in order to give our dealers and distributors an online space to access account history, top seller lists, specials, and all brand standard marketing materials (Ad's, Press Releases, Logos..ect). 2013

After I got a handle on the general needs for the site, I started to type up and bullet point everything as clearly as I could for myself. Once on-screen, everything becomes easier to modify and move on. Spreadsheets will typically follow, but due to this projects time constraints I dove right into the visuals. Visuals, mixed with my typed lists got the dev team started faster and headed down the right path.

The "Dealer Toolbar" as we called it, along with the site's general navigation got some deep personal attention. The following images represent Some of the logic and layout behind putting together a massive e-commerce site.

Once I established the includes for the "Dealer Nav" I prototyped the functionality using invision. This was simply to make sure that our dev team and product team had no mistake about how this tool bar would work.
