Launching Soon

Minute Mail is a self-serve advertising tool that boasts a "design anywhere” ability with seamless desktop to mobile compatibility. An intuitive design tool providing virtually any user the ability to build their creative from start to finish.

Still in the development phase, work is on-going. I am currently working on flushing out the applications "guts", the tool sets and how they'll respond from one action to the next. Along with the login process. Since this tool is more geared toward enterprise level users the login and setup screens require more deliverables than a typical single user sign on.

Built using Angular, Node, Express on a Mongo db, Minute Mail has the speed and scalability power to act as a native tool. It can mirror changes or modifications from one device to the next and we hope to introduce this product to the world mid-2015.

The following screens were quick mock-up's of what our team initially envisioned. We opted to produce a somewhat full visual representation in order to verbally explain why each of the 5 tools were completely necessary. These first draft mocks were designed for desktop because the majority of Minute Mail's users would be using the product inside of the browser of their desktop.

After creating a desktop wireframe I got to work on the mobile version of Minute Mail. Being a browser application, I needed to start with mobile in order to elegantly fit each tool inside of a smaller orientation before scaling the project up. The following screens represent the login and project creation portions of the app and provide all of the controls a business would need to input before proceeding into the bulk of the app. This information would be input once, stored and iterated over into future email campaigns.

This set of wire frames represent the bulk of Minute Mail's capabilities. Not yet fully flushed out, the apps core relies heavily on each of the Grid, Image, Color, Text and Export tools.

The current state of Minute Mail is contained on a testing server and the most recent feature addition includes a drag and drop image function within mobile browser. Very cool but still lots to do.

Marketing page options and mobile visual mock-ups make up the image below. It's easiest for my team and I to get creative juices flowing and new ideas from new art. The following were jumping ahead in the project to spark some much needed creativity.
